The purpose of Mind and Heart Research Lab is to empower people to improve their total wellbeing by training and strengthening their emotional wellbeing. Emotional health is a necessary, and often an overlooked component in an integrated approach to wellness in today’s world. The goal of the lab is to educate people about the damaging effects of unmanaged stress and provide training to reduce stress and improve emotional stability and resilience. A secondary purpose is to provide data for effective stress management and emotional resilience programs.
